I install MediaDrop 10.3. But all web page isn't coloured at menu bar and background.
Does anyone know how to fix and troubleshoot this ?

Not sure what the error is exactly. I suspect the CSS/images could not be loaded. Can you try opening the page with active "web inspector" (Chrome) or Firebug (Firefox)? The network tab/console should tell you if all ressources were loaded correctly.
