I was actually looking to develop a platform like this a few months ago when I wanted to create a video tutorial website for an application that our customers use. However I wanted to allow some videos to be freely viewable and others not.
It would be great to have a user management feature where you can allow users to register, capture their info, and restrict certain videos to specific users or group of users
