Mediacore not playing Locally uploaded videos

Hi, I have been struggling to serve MediaCore on the Apache running on Linux Dist: Debian Squeeze 64bit for some weeks and I can say I accomplished it, however my only problem is that mediacore does not play the videos that were uploaded locally from my machine. How do I enable mediacore to play locally uploaded videos?

Without any further information it's a bit hard to tell what's wrong.

Which video format (+file extension) do you use? Can you publish the media? Do you see any error message in the browser when viewing the media page?
