Hi
My community is covering some live events then the videos are available on VOD.
We're using livestream for this purpose (http://www.livestream.com )
I would like to embeded these videos on mediacore's page and have a special page for live covering.
Livestream let us to embeded the videos like this :

Do you have any idea ?
Is it possible to develope a plugin for that ?

I installed MediaCore today, 05/12 and I want to implement Livestream Player too. Unfortunately, I don't know python language, I just undestand a very little of PHP, AS3 and HTML....I was reading the docs about implementing a player, but it look's like a seven head's dragon!

This is something that is in the development stack at the moment, but likely won't be released for a while as there are a few live streaming things we are looking into. If you don't know Python, then like anything it'll be hard to implement if you don't know the language. If you do know Python, it's pretty straight forward.

Can I fetch MediaCore video data and bring it to my own website? What I mean is: I really don't know Python, but I can handle a little of PHP, XML, HTML and AS3, so...by this way, I don't need to edit the MediaCore templates and layouts to look's like my website, but just bring the video playlist and players to my own website...

Strictly speaking of "data", this is easy as MediaCore has a JSON API which can be used for that.

That's a bit harder because you also want the markup. Each video has a embed link so you can have the player in an iframe. Other use cases require some Python code so you can retrieve just some specific information (e.g. playlist) and include that with PHP in your site.
