Is there some additional code that we could add to the following lines to preselect an item from the explicit_options and category_options for the two drop-downs?

Ideally, since we are fixing our explicit at "no" and category at "Business" I could set these two drop downs to disabled=True, but when I do this and submit the form I get missing value messages for each even though default value of explicit is "no" and category is "Arts". I'd like to show that the options are there, but preselect a value and disable the form items so that users understand that we are forcing these two options to be set. Possible in a simple way?
We're also interested in pre-populating the podcast copyright. Is there a way to add an initial text value here?
