Error Installing 'YouTube Import Plugin'

I have also run into this problem. I checked /venv/lib/python2.7/site-packages/ for 'MediaCore*.egg-info' or 'MediaDrop*.egg-info' and found neither.

Just to see what would happen I changed the 'MediaCore >= 0.10.0b1' dependency value to 'MediaDrop >= 0.10.0b1' in /MCYouTubeImport-0.10.1/setup.py and then ran python setup.py develop again. It appears to install all the dependencies correctly but when I reload deployment.ini I get:
