   Hi guys,

   I´m fighting to configure mediacore with cpanel.
   I ask my host for the specifications and they reply me with a "all required modules are now installed" feedback.

   Assuming that I have what we need I am now stuck on step number 5 (also didn´t get the 2 previous notes).

   Where should I execute the following commands?
   (paster setup-app development.ini)

   Ah I see the problem — you need to run "paster setup-app development.ini" on the command line, not within a python session. In other words don't run "python2.5" and then "paster setup-app development.ini", just run "paster setup-app development.ini".

   thank you so much for your answer.
   Unfortunately it did´t solved my problem.

   I get an error telling me that the "paster" command is not found.

   It looks like you're on the right track. You've activated the virtualenv correctly by running 'source mediacore_env/bin/activate'. That part's great.

   Now try running 'python setup.py develop' and continuing on from step 3.

   No, because your server binds to 127.0.0.1 which is only accessible on your host. Good news: You just need to change your configuration file. For example you could change your 'host' setting to
   host = 0.0.0.0
   With that, MediaCore is available by *any* IPv4 address on your system (which usually means that public internet access works as well, provided that there is no packet filter).
