   Hi Guys,

   I installed the application without any problems. /root/MediaCore-0.8.2 running in folder. Paster is working, connect via 127.0.0.1 says. But I can not access another computer on the network.

   Please help :/

   Hey Halid,

   You're having this issue because you're using the development.ini config file.

   I usually recommend that you should set up a deployment.ini file if you plan to make the site accessible to the outside world. You can do that by running the
   paster make-config MediaCore deployment.ini
   command, as outlined here: http://getmediacore.com/docs/install/index.html#step-7-production-deployments.

   Just FYI, though, the development.ini file blocks remote access on purpose. It does so by requiring that the Paste server is only accessible via the localhost IP (127.0.0.1). This rule looks like this:
   

   [server:main]
   use = egg:Paste#http
   host = 127.0.0.1
   port = 8080

   If you want to the Paste server to be accessible from a public IP address, you can set: host = 0.0.0.0
