No, so far I didn't try to track it (even though we could probably do some statistics by checking the server logs because all dependencies should be downloaded from the MediaCore server).
All what I know is there are a fair amount of MediaCore sites out there, including some higher traffic ones (> 1,000,000 visitors/month). Also I know of several intranet installs.
