Check the lines before – probably is says "'….h' no found". My crystal ball says you're missing some development packages.
Here's the whole install

"tk.h: No such file or directory"
You miss the development header files for tk.
My web host, Bluehost, suggests they can't/won't install tk.h. Does that make sense? Seems pretty basic to me.
I got MediaCore installed after realizing my web host requires special invocation of Python2.6.
Now, however, when I visit the page where it should be located, all I get is the text of the mediacore.fcgi file in the browser. I'm confused now.
well, of course they can't install 'tk.h' but they should be able to install the appropriate package (name depends on distribution, on CentOS/RHEL I think it is "tk-devel").
I know about the tk-devel, and that what I asked them about, but they said they wouldn't install it. But MediaCore did install under their Python 2.6 instance.
prwiley, is there any way you can give a quick run-through on getting MediaCore up and running on Bluehost? I'm also using Bluehost and I'm having some trouble.
